We know that the downtime has been longer than expected but we are working hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and get the Testnet back up and running by the end of today.

4. Collator Program.⛓
We continue to increase the participation of new Collators in our Network. We announced that we'll increase the number of collators by another 15 throughout the 3rd quarter for this year.
